A Reflection on The Interior Castle: The Mansions of St. Teresa of Avila is my second self-published book. It's a compilation of my recent talks and reflections on The Interior Castle by the Spanish saint and mystic St. Teresa of Avila.  This book should be an easy read and helpful for beginners and seasoned Carmelites.
St. Teresa's vision of a soul in grace gives us a concise explanation of the various spiritual stages as experienced by a Soul in its lifetime as it journeys towards Union with God. She does it in a fascinating manner, using simple and easy to understand language even though it is highly mystical in nature. This work of St. Teresa has helped me and many others to reorient ourselves in our spiritual journey that often takes unexpected twists and turns. My hope is that you my reflections in this book helpful to stay the course of prayer, meditation and contemplation in this very busy world of seemingly endless activities and demands!

​In order to commune with God in the interior of one's soul, we need to know who we are and who we're conversing with. Knowing God and conversing with Him on a daily basis gives a meaningful purpose to our life on this earth and also gives us an eager anticipation for the life to come when our worldly existence in this dimension of time comes to an end.  
In the book "Heaven is in my heart!"  I've attempted to share with you from my own personal experience, practical ways to know God and learn from Him and to nurture a personal friendship with God.
